Zusammenfassung

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to advance EP solutions, provide engineering and clinical support, and train healthcare professionals. You will build relationships with physicians and health-care staff, lead product demonstrations, and deliver education while staying current on market trends and regulations.

You will support field inquiries, collaborate with sales, and contribute to Abbott’s commitment to advancing heart disease treatment and patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Ability to become certified on EP products.
• Minimum 2 years experience in cardiac pacing or related industries.
• Knowledge of cardiology and EP procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and OR procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient PC skills for presentations and docs.
• Must satisfy vendor credentialing requirements including vaccination, if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for EP products.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product knowledge.
• Develop, lead and facilitate trainings on EP products for healthcare professionals.
• Provide market feedback and guidance on next-generation products.
• Provide regional EP procedural case coverage.
• Back-up support to EP Sales in sales, training, data collection, troubleshooting, and product in-service.
• Continuously develop skills within Arrhythmia Management strategy.
• Assist Training and Education with seminars and materials.
• Assist with advanced product demonstrations for physicians and staff.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve problems and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
