An established industry player is seeking a motivated individual to support the maintenance and calibration of medical equipment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, conducting quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Demonstrates a basic understanding of engineering disciplines including electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, basic TCP/IP networking, desktop computing, and human physiology. Responsible for installing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting quality assurance, and investigating accidents related to medical technology. Also responsible for maintenance and calibration of medical equipment while ensuring compliance with safety rules, codes, practices, and policies.
Compensation Range: $21.52 - $33.36 Hourly
Job requires sitting and standing for prolonged periods, frequent bending/stooping, climbing ladders, reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive), walking (1-2 miles/day), and repetitive motions such as keyboard use and driving. Proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills are necessary. Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs. May be exposed to noise, radiation, radioactive materials, fumes, chemicals, blood/body fluids, infectious diseases, and dust.
