Job Description

We are seeking a skilled problem solver to support Ivy Rehab users with our EMR system. The specialist will provide frontline support and solutions during integrations for new partners joining Ivy Rehab. This role allows for remote work with some travel for business meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Support clinicians by responding to issues and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with the Ivy EMR team on product updates and system changes
  • Monitor and audit EMR usage with new partnerships
  • Assist clinical users remotely and in person during integrations
  • Provide timely feedback to inquiries
  • Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
  • One year of Raintree experience preferred
  • Support knowledge training
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to team members with varying skill levels
  • Problem-solving skills
  • One year of clinical experience (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) preferred
