Grace Hospice in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Clinical EMR Specialist, RN to optimize EMR workflows and data quality. You will serve as the clinical EMR expert, drive documentation improvement, create reports, and train care teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role emphasizes nursing experience, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration with IT and clinical leadership. Strong MatrixCare experience is preferred; schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, with salary range $85,000–$92,000.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• 2+ years of healthcare software or EMR experience preferred.
• MatrixCare experience preferred.

Salary Range: $85,000 -$92,000 annually, based on experience
