Job summary

Grace Hospice is seeking a Clinical EMR Specialist, RN in Minneapolis to optimize EMR workflows and support clinical operations. You will leverage nursing experience to improve documentation, analytics, and compliance while partnering with leaders and vendors on EMR improvements.

The role focuses on technology-driven process improvement, training clinical and administrative teams, and exploring AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• 2+ years of healthcare software or EMR experience preferred.
• MatrixCare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical and functional EMR expert.
• Improve workflows, documentation, and system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex EMR issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, audits, and analytics.
• Support documentation quality, HIPAA, and compliance efforts.
• Train and support clinical and administrative teams.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $85,000 -$92,000 annually, based on experience
