Organization: SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - UT

Position Overview:

Eligible applicants must reside in Arizona, Idaho or Utah and must have California RN license within 90 days of hire. Remote work in qualifying states only.

This is a work-flow/task based position to review and approve plans of care/oasis. Must have excellent attention to detail and computer skills.

Serves as a support to quality, clinical, and operational leadership in monitoring and evaluating electronic medical record (EHR) workflow for outcomes management, performance improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:

  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • Bachelor's: Management, public health, nursing, business administration, organizational leadership or related field, or equivalent education/experience.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

  • RN-Registered Nurse of California

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in ability to navigate an electronic health record required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, and Excel is required.
  • Must demonstrate written/verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and departments, including medical staff members.

Schedule: Full Time

Shift Hours: 8

Days of the Week: Monday - Friday

Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends

Pay Range is $36.12 to $48.01 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
