Responsibilities

• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and develops orientation programs.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders to assess learning needs.
• Acts as a consultant/mentor for staff and validates education processes.

Skills

Bedside patient care nursing experience

Familiarity with EMR

BLS instructor status

ACLS, PALS, NRP, or AWHONN

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing

Master's preferred
