Sweetwater Hospital Association is seeking a Clinical Educator who is a Registered Nurse to arrange and conduct educational activities that maintain clinical staff knowledge, including onboarding programs, competency assessments, and workshops.

The ideal candidate will hold Tennessee RN licensure (BSN preferred) and have at least two years as a staff nurse; additional education/ statistics background is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Tennessee with current license.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience as a staff nurse.
• Educational training or statistics background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct educational activities for clinical staff.

The Clinical Educator is a Registered Nurse that arranges and conducts educational activities to maintain the knowledge and skills of clinical staff including onboarding programs, competency assessments, and classes and workshops that support the care of specific patient populations.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN license in the State of Tennessee, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience as a staff nurse. Additional preparation in field of education, statistics highly desirable.
