Job Description:

Our Per Diem RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to utilize their clinical nursing expertise outside of direct patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patient well-being through medical device technology.

Qualified Clinical Educators/Registered Nurses will educate Registered Nurses on IV Catheters.

This role involves education only; there are no sales responsibilities or direct patient care involved.

This position requires national travel with a 2-week availability per month. Assignments vary in duration and the project is expected to extend until the end of the year, with potential continuation into the next year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer education and consultation to RN, Physician, and other healthcare staff to support end-user education needs in healthcare settings.
• Assess customer needs and help resolve issues related to medical device knowledge or understanding of specific products.
• Assist in delivering medical device-related in-service education to key customers.
• Follow-up with key accounts and customers to identify unmet educational and clinical needs related to successful medical device implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Active and Unrestricted RN License required.
• 5+ years of experience as an RN required.
• ER, ICU, Oncology experience preferred.
• Experience with IV Catheter devices is a plus.
• Comfortable with basic software programs.
• Leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Educator, Preceptor) preferred.
• Availability to travel nationally for 2 weeks each month.
• Compliance with client and hospital requirements, including full vaccination, may be necessary.

The potential base pay range for this role is $40-$50 per hour, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may be provided.
