Job Description:

Our Per Diem RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to utilize their clinical nursing expertise outside of direct patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patient well-being through medical device technology.

Qualified Clinical Educators/Registered Nurses will educate Registered Nurses on IV Catheters.

This role involves education only; there are no sales responsibilities or direct patient care.

The position requires national travel. There is a 2-week minimum availability per month with assignments that vary in duration. The project is expected to extend until the end of the year, with potential continuation into early next year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer education and consultation to RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff to support end-user education needs
• Assess customer needs and help resolve issues related to medical device knowledge or understanding of specific products
• Assist in delivering medical device-related in-service education to key customers
• Follow up with key accounts and customers to identify unmet educational and clinical needs for successful device implementation

Job Requirements:

• Active and Unrestricted RN License required
• 5+ years of RN experience required
• ER, ICU, Oncology experience preferred
• Experience with IV Catheter devices is a plus
• Comfortable with basic software programs
• Leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Educator, Preceptor) preferred
• Availability to travel nationally 2 weeks per month
• Compliance with client and hospital requirements, including vaccination, may be necessary

The potential base pay range for this role is $40-$50 per hour, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
