Job summary

Everlywell, Inc. seeks a clinically experienced Nurse Educator & Quality Assurance Specialist (Contractor) to educate our interdisciplinary provider network on best practices, documentation standards, and evolving clinical workflows.

You will conduct retrospective chart reviews and support consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance across telehealth and care delivery. The role requires RN or APP with active U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• At least 2 years in education, quality, or supervisory role.
• Experience with telehealth, outpatient, and diagnostic care settings preferred.
• Familiar with CMS, HEDIS, HIPAA and documentation standards.
• Proficiency with EMRs/EHRs and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new clinical team members across multiple roles.
• Create and update training resources (e.g., SOPs, job aids) for internal use.
• Conduct refresher trainings or workshops based on trends or gaps.
• Assist with provider questions regarding workflows, documentation, or standards of care.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and clinical leadership to ensure training materials meet regulatory expectations.
