Job summary

Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Educator & Internship Supervisor (LMSW/LCSW) in Poughkeepsie, NY. This exempt, full-time role leads clinical onboarding, develops training modules, and supervises interns across Behavioral Health centers.

The position coordinates with leadership and higher education partners to grow the internship pipeline and ensure consistent clinical practice. Occasional travel to sites in Dutchess and Ulster Counties is required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LMSW or LCSW.
• LMSW must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical training and/or supervision post licensure.
