Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• One year of experience in a preceptor or leadership role in the specific specialty area is required.
• Two years of clinical pediatric nursing experience is required.
• Adult teaching experience is preferred.
• Current Arizona RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
• National certification in clinical specialty and/or nursing professional development is preferred.

Position Summary

Posting Note: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Clinical Educator to join our Emergency Department team and support the ongoing development of nurses in our Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring staff are prepared to provide expert care across a wide range of pediatric emergencies through innovative education, competency development, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Working collaboratively with nurse leaders and interdisciplinary partners, the Clinical Educator helps foster clinical excellence, professional growth, and a culture of lifelong learning. This position develops, implements, and evaluates proactive educational plans and programs to address staff and departmental needs to ensure ongoing enhancement and improvement of staff skills, competencies and professional growth in accordance with established standards, requirements and regulations.
