Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Siena Campus is seeking a Clinical Educator for the ICU/Clinical Observation Unit to lead staff development and advance evidence-based nursing practice.
The role requires extensive ICU experience, teaching aptitude, and collaboration with nursing leadership to elevate education and patient care across departments.
As our Clinical Educator Critical Care ICU / Clinical Observation Unit at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Siena campus, you will provide staff development expertise in the assigned specialty as an educator, expert clinician, consultant, facilitator, change agent leader, patient advocate and researcher. You will support the clinical and professional development of the staff with the goal of achieving excellence in the delivery of evidence based nursing practice.
Every day you will facilitate the educational process through assessment development planning implementation and evaluation of competency continuing education and professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will combine strong organizational and presentation skills with a deep understanding of healthcare education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively engage and train diverse groups of healthcare professionals and staff.
