Crusader Community Health in Rockford, IL seeks a Clinical Educator to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education and competency programs that support high‑quality, evidence‑based care across the organization.
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations, you will partner with clinical applications, quality, and compliance teams to improve workforce competency, clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and regulatory readiness.
The Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education and competency programs that support high-quality, evidence-based care across the organization. Working under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Educator partners with clinical applications, quality, and compliance teams to improve workforce competency, clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and regulatory readiness. This role supports organizational goals related to quality improvement, patient-centered care, workforce development, risk reduction, and compliance with Joint Commission Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state, and payer requirements.

The salary range for this position is $55,992.04 - $83,988.06. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
