Incredible Health in Atlanta, GA seeks a Clinical Educator to design and deliver nursing education programs, including orientation and ongoing training. The role requires active collaboration with clinical teams to ensure alignment with hospital policies and patient care standards.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a Master's in Nursing Education or related field, and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience with strong education background.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in education and staff development.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to align educational initiatives with hospital policies and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care.
• Maintain accurate records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and metrics.
