A leading medical device company is seeking a Clinical Educator to leverage their healthcare experience in training clinicians for product implementation. This role involves close collaboration with the clinical operations team, ensuring successful training outcomes, and maintaining documentation of all training activities. Candidates should have a degree in nursing, with significant experience in healthcare training, exceptional presentation skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Purpose of the Position:
The Clinical Educator utilizes their clinical expertise to educate and train customers on products within the Eitan Medical portfolio, resulting in successful implementations. They will provide overall coordination and support throughout the entire implementation continuum by providing excellent customer service to their assigned accounts.
·Provide in-person and virtual training to clinicians to support implementation of products within the Eitan Medical portfolio, including both hardware and software.
·Utilize clinical expertise to address questions and concerns related to the products.
·Communicate and collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure implementations best meet the customer and company needs, resulting in fiscally responsible training plans.
·Provide a customer-centric approach by developing individualized implementation plans that best meet the unique needs of each healthcare organization.
·Maintain a high level of competency and ability to train on all products and supplies for both customer interface and clinical team readiness.
·Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all training completed.
·Advocate for patient safety and quality improvement through escalation of customer feedback and complaints.
·Contribute to the creation and development of training materials to support the ongoing training needs of the business.
·Attend company and industry events to keep abreast of training updates and best practice.
·Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Reporting Relationships:
Position reports to the Director of Clinical Operations - EMNA
Education:
·Degree in nursing, additional education/credentials/licensing may be required per role.
·Professional certification in subspecialty preferred but not required.
Experience:
·Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience providing safe, effective patient care.
·Minimum 2 years of experience providing formal education and training in a clinical environment.
·Acute Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred.
·Experience collaborating with organizational unit or divisional leaders.
·Experience working with PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
·Demonstrate presentation skills that effectively engage the audience to meet learning objectives.
·Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills.
·Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to effectively manage large complex accounts and competing priorities.
·Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
External Interface:
·Key opinion leaders from a variety of healthcare organizations
·Ancillary support staff – Biomedical Technicians, Information Technology and Supply Chain
Benefits/Other terms:
·This is a full-time position eligible for benefits
·All travel expenses will be reimbursed per EMNA travel policy
·Estimated travel is apx. 50%
·Valid driver's license is required
