What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical education and support to customers in infection prevention, reprocessing, and perioperative practice
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer confidence and promote products
- Conduct audits of customer work processes and recommend improvements
- Facilitate formal educational seminars and workshops to increase product interest and sales
- Document customer issues and provide proactive solutions in collaboration with account managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of clinical experience required
- Expertise in Central Supply Processing/Sterile Processing Department required
- Must hold a minimum of 2 professional certifications within 12 months of hire
- Ability to travel up to 70% required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred
- Leadership experience within a hospital SPD (Manager or Director level) preferred
- Expertise in Operating Room, Central Supply, Infection Prevention/Control, or Endoscopy Department preferred
