OpenLoop is looking for a full time RN Clinical Education Lead to join our team remotely.

In this role, you will design, build, and implement scalable remote training programs that prepare RNs for success in a fast-paced, multi-client telehealth environment. This is not a traditional hospital unit educator position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a virtual-first setting, can work independently, and can create high-quality training content from the ground up.

You will take complex clinical workflows and translate them into engaging, easy-to-follow learning experiences—ranging from interactive e-learning modules to video walkthroughs and resource guides. This role works closely with the RN Manager, Clinical Education Director, and Medical Director to ensure all RNs are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Design: Create comprehensive, scalable training programs for the RN team using tools like Litmos, Loom, Notion, and Confluence.
  • Lead Onboarding: Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes for new RNs to ensure a smooth, confident start.
  • Collaborate for Accuracy: Partner with clinical leadership and subject matter experts to keep training content up-to-date and adaptable across multiple clients and service lines.
  • Ensure Excellence: Maintain alignment with OpenLoop’s standards for clinical quality, compliance, and patient safety.
  • Innovate in Remote Education: Apply best practices in instructional design to make learning interactive, engaging, and results-driven.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team operations and patient experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Must have Active and Unencumbered compact licensure with the eligibility to obtain 50 state licensure. Licensure MUST be reflected on a current CV or provided upon application to be considered.
  • Must live in the state in which the Compact is granted to be considered
  • Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in remote education or virtual training delivery
  • Proven instructional design skills, including curriculum development, e-learning creation, and resource building
  • Experience in a telehealth or multi-site healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical background; GLP-1 knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with Litmos, Loom, Notion, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Preferred: Background in urgent care, primary care, or wellness (medical weight loss, hormone therapy, longevity) programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex clinical topics into engaging, digestible materials
  • Highly tech-savvy with a proven skill set in troubleshooting and training others. Experience as a system super user and/or trainer.
  • Able to quickly pivot as needed in a rapidly growing startup environment
  • Full-time role, requiring availability to work extended hours including certain weekends and holidays.
  • Generous PTO — We believe in taking time off (and actually do it)
  • Medical, Dental and Vision
  • 401K Program
  • The chance to change the future of medicine!

Why Join Us

  • 100% remote
  • Build the foundation for RN education across a nationwide telehealth network
  • Work with a mission-driven team shaping the future of virtual care
  • Opportunity to create lasting impact through innovative, scalable training programs
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership in a fast-growing company
