Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Clinical Education Program Manager to lead clinical practice, education, and evidence‑based practice across the Connected for Kids partnership. The role coordinates and implements education activities supporting clinical teams, patients, and families in a pediatric setting.

Minimum requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, 5+ years in clinical education, and Wisconsin RN licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• 5+ years of clinical practice/education experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong execution and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-direction.
• RN license in Wisconsin required; BLS certification required.
• ANCC Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist preferred.
