Job summary

ATSU-ASDOH in Mesa, AZ is seeking an exempt Clinical Affairs Manager to provide administrative support for the student clinical education program. The role ensures alignment of clinical education with CODA standards, schedules clinic activities, and supports faculty calibration and student services.

The Manager collaborates with faculty, students, and administrative leadership to optimize the clinical experience, maintain records in axiUm, and oversee compliance with accreditation requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration, dental hygiene, higher education, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in clinical education or dental academic administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across academic and clinical departments
• Familiarity with CODA accreditation standards and policies
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google suites

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate student clinical education activities within the dental school.
• Oversee clinic schedules, student placement, and case assignment.
• Support faculty calibration and CODA standards alignment.
• Maintain secure academic records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate committee meetings and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT/axiUm teams to improve systems and data reporting.
