Job summary

The role oversees orientation, competency validation, continuing education, simulation, and staff development across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of nursing and clinical education experience, 1–3 years in a leadership role, and hold a BSN with Florida RN licensure; a Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Clinical Educators; promote consistent educational practices across clinical settings.
• Lead planning, development, and evaluation of evidence-based clinical education programs.
• Oversee clinical orientation, onboarding, competency assessment, and validation programs.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify learning, performance, and competency needs.
• Develop curricula, presentations, and instructional materials.
