Job summary

Crusader Community Health in Rockford, IL seeks a Clinical Educator to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education and competency programs that support high‑quality, evidence‑based care across the organization.

Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations, you will partner with clinical applications, quality, and compliance teams to improve workforce competency, clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in ambulatory care or public health required.
• Knowledge of EMR systems essential.
• Leadership/management experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Experience in patient education of medical practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs.
• Collaborate with clinical applications, quality, and compliance teams.
• Support regulatory readiness and workforce development.
