Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Clinical Content Manager to develop and deliver high-impact clinical education, training frameworks, and support materials for health care professionals and the sales team. The role translates research into compelling messaging to enhance credibility and drive product adoption.

Onsite role in Barrington, IL, with a requirement to live within 45 minutes or relocate. Competitive compensation and extensive benefits accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Integrated Healthcare Professional; 3 years of clinical experience highly preferred.
• Experience in the use of lifestyle and nutraceuticals to achieve wellness goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; adaptable messaging for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Demonstrate dependability, enthusiasm, initiative, persuasiveness and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical content, training materials, and product storyboards communicating science behind products.
• Create educational resources—presentations, white papers, digital tools—for sales teams and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate to research, develop, manage, and implement product training and educational material.
• Deliver clinical education at conferences, webinars, and events to enhance brand credibility.
• Partner with key opinion leaders and clinical advisors to validate messaging.
• Provide clinical insights for new product charters and launches with Product Innovation.
