Job summary

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Clinical Content Manager to develop high-impact clinical education and training frameworks for the sales team and health care professionals. The role translates research and product innovation into compelling messaging to drive adoption.

The position is onsite in Barrington, IL, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm. You must reside within 45 minutes or be willing to relocate to the Barrington area.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience as an Integrated Healthcare Professional.
• Experience using lifestyle and nutraceuticals to support wellness goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clinicians, sales, customer service, and patients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and timeline management.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet objectives.
• Dependability, enthusiasm, initiative, persuasiveness and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical content, training materials, and product storyboards to explain the science behind Ortho Molecular Products’ supplements.
• Create educational resources like presentations, white papers, and digital tools for the Sales team.
• Research, develop, manage and implement product training and educational material alone or with others.
• Deliver compelling clinical education at conferences, webinars, and industry events to boost credibility.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders and clinical advisors to refine product messaging.
• Provide clinical insights to the Product Innovation team for new charters and launches.
