UNC Health Blue Ridge is hiring a Clinical Documentation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical documentation, contributing to improved patient care and compliance while supporting operational efficiency.

Candidates need at least 3 years of acute-care hospital experience in documentation or inpatient coding, plus AHIMA certification within 24 months. RN preference but coding experience is essential.

• Minimum 3 years acute-care hospital experience as Documentation Specialist or Inpatient Coder.
• AHIMA credential (RHIT/RHIA/CCS/CDIP/CCDS) required within 24 months of hire.
• Licensed RN preferred but must have coding experience.
