Qualifications

• 5 years of RN experience in medical/surgical, critical care, intensive care or emergency room preferred.
• BS or above preferred.
• Current NY/CT RN Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical documentation to reflect level of services and acuity.
• Review physician and clinical documentation and post queries in 3M.
• Collaborate with coding staff to determine DRG and required documentation.
• Educate staff on documentation guidelines and processes.
• Maintain ongoing MR review activities and track performance.
