Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a mid-level Clinical Director to lead the Willow Rock adolescent psychiatric unit in Alameda County. You will provide clinical supervision, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support quality improvement efforts under the Administrator's guidance.

The role requires on-call availability, adherence to protocols, and leadership in a fast-paced behavioral health environment focused on youth care.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher degree in Social Services.
• Current licensure in California as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, LPCC, Ph.D./Psy.D.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role in relevant setting.
• Three years of postgraduate clinical experience in mental health.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

In this mid-level management position and under direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s). Assists Administrator with quality improvement duties. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.

Shifts Available:

Full-Tim: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, days and hours could vary

Expected starting wage range is $108,905.47 - $143, 542.23. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Masters or higher degree in Social Services
• Current licensure in good standing in California as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, LPCC, Ph.D./Psy.D.
• One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or youth setting, as appropriate) and experience as required by program type:
• Three years of postgraduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• The clinical director directs the clinical program and provides general direction of the professional and nonprofessional staff and be responsible for the quality of the clinical services provided in the facility, in conjunction with the Administrator
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
