The Clinical Director leads the Sex Offense-Specific Program at the Massachusetts Treatment Center in Bridgewater, MA. You will supervise SOT services, ensure quality, and coordinate clinical operations across sites.

Applicants must be a Massachusetts-licensed psychologist with experience in correctional or sex-offense treatment, provide supervision, develop training, and collaborate with facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed psychologist with MA licensure.
• Minimum 3 years in correctional or sex offense-specific treatment/evaluation.
• Experience in suicide prevention and crisis assessment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates SOT services per DOC and VCHS policies and ATSA standards.
• Provides clinical supervision to managerial and staff clinicians.
• Oversees quality and effectiveness of SOT service delivery.
• Conducts audits of SOT documents to ensure policy compliance.
• Develops training materials and facilitates staff training.
• Delivers direct clinical services as needed within SOT.
• Maintains communication with program leadership and reporting.
• Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders.
