Job summary

Odyssey House seeks a Clinical Director to lead the delivery of clinical treatment services at GRCR in Ward’s Island and related programs in New York. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, and timely documentation by the clinical staff.

The role requires a Master’s level clinical degree with at least five years of admin or clinical leadership, plus supervision experience, and a flexible on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s Level Clinical Degree and five (5) years administrative or clinical experience in SUD treatment.
• Two (2) years’ admin or clinical supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, EHR and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver residential substance use disorder clinical services with fidelity to policy.
• Oversee clinical staff performance and supervise Deputy Directors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely documentation.
