Job summary

Balance Physical Therapy & Human Performance Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our Prunedale outpatient clinic. You will manage PTs, PTAs, and aides while overseeing staffing, payroll, supply orders, and expenses.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $140,000, with incentive structures and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, con-ed benefits, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO, plus flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• CA PT license in good standing or PTLA status.
• Experience leading a clinical team and managing budgets.
• Ability to work with PTs, PTAs, and support staff in outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Hire and schedule rehab aides.
• Approve payroll timesheets.
• Order supplies for the clinic.
• Track clinic expenses, reimbursements, and continuing education.
• Review financials with transparency on provider revenue.
• Coordinate with front desk PCCs regarding schedules.
• Manage a clinical caseload and participate in governance meetings.
