Qualifications

• Requires license as a Psychologist in Arizona (PhD or PsyD).
• Minimum 1 year supervising junior psychology, social work or allied health professionals.
• Minimum 1 year as a practicing psychologist; forensic exposure preferred.
• Ability to develop and supervise treatment and assessment programs.
• Strong knowledge of licensure requirements for psychology.

Responsibilities

• Directs all psychological services provided in ACPTC; develops treatment programs and writes reports.
• Supervises staff including psychologists, therapists, social workers, interns and students; assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Develops and revises treatment and educational programs; trains staff on cases and treatment planning.
• Interviews, administers and interprets psychological tests and writes diagnostic reports.
• Participates in policy development and ensures licensing compliance.
