Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Mohegan Lake, NY seeks a Clinical Director to lead its Mohegan Lake clinic. You will oversee clinical and financial operations, mentor clinicians, and cultivate community referrals while ensuring evidence-based, individualized care.

A strong leadership background and NY PT licensure are essential for guiding a growing team. You will collaborate with marketing to grow patient volume, develop care plans, and manage schedules, notes, and outcomes to support

Qualifications

• Strong leadership qualities is a must.
• 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• NY Physical Therapist License (required).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals.
• Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates in the clinic.
• Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources
• Grow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with Metro’s sales and marketing departments
• Develop customized plans of care based the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments
• Provide timely communication with referral sources.
• Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion
• Complete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes in a timely manner
• Set and achieve professional goals and career growth

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$140,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
