Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Cumming is seeking a Clinical Director to lead an outpatient physical therapy team within a busy orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehab clinic.

You will oversee daily operations, develop plans of care, mentor staff, drive clinic performance, and partner with leadership on growth initiatives. This is a full-time role with competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations and support overall clinic performance.
