Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Tennessee RN license required; BLS certification required.
• 3-5 years of acute care leadership experience.
• Nursing Administration board certification or national certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides 24/7 accountability for assigned service areas, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
• Leads initiatives to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and service excellence.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop performance improvement strategies based on metrics.
• Recruits, mentors, and evaluates nursing staff and PCCs, fostering excellence and development.
• Coaches PCCs in leadership and team management to optimize care delivery.
• Drives associate engagement and retention through positive work environments and recognition.
• Oversees staffing models, scheduling, and resource allocation for efficient workforce utilization.
• Participates in annual budget planning and ensures alignment with goals.
• Monitors financial performance, analyzes variances, and implements corrective actions.
• Uses data from financial and clinical systems to inform strategic growth and service development.
• Maintains regulatory and accreditation readiness across service areas.
• Leads implementation of new technologies and operational projects to enhance care delivery.
• Serves as a role model for nursing professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Preferred.
• 3-5 years of Acute care leadership experience.
• Required - Registered Nurse Tennessee - Tennessee Board of Nursing
• Required - BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association
• Preferred - Nursing Administration board certification or National certification in the clinical specialty.
