What You Need to Know

Dir Personal Care Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Represent specialty health programs in company policy discussions, committees, and task forces related to specialty activities. Assist in developing AccentCare's goals, objectives, priorities, and policy recommendations for review by the Chief Clinical Officer. Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment.
  • Lead discussions in all meetings regarding specialty health programs. Represent AccentCare in care activities, revenue, and expenditure matters. Develop contract recommendations for projects, programs, and services.
  • Lead the process for all requests for proposals as directed by the VP of Clinical Services and the Chief Clinical Officer. Monitor field activities and report findings to leadership.
  • Work with local Executive Directors to implement programs, train clinicians and marketing staff, and oversee payer processes and reporting.
  • Manage and lead all staff supporting the specialty health programs. Conduct meetings with physicians and prospective clients, building strong relationships. Prepare and deliver presentations.
  • Manage and oversee all projects related to specialty health programs to meet company, contractual, legal, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Dir Personal Care Clinical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with a related Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree in nursing or a health-related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of full-time RN experience in inpatient or outpatient settings; four years preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of nursing principles, rehabilitation, business concepts, licensing, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standards for home and community health.
