Job summary

Saint Therese of Avon LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Director of Nursing (RN) to lead nursing services at the Saint Therese/St. Mary of the Woods campus in Avon, Ohio.

You will guide the Nursing Department, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care while fostering accountability, teamwork and clinical excellence. As a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization, the DON will partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Must be an RN licensed in Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum five years healthcare leadership experience in housing, skilled nursing or similar settings.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory healthcare requirements in skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate Clinical Director of Nursing (RN) who is ready to provide strong clinical leadership and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, families, and team members. In this role, you will lead nursing services at the Saint Therese/St. Mary of the Woods campus in Avon, Ohio, helping to ensure the highest standards of quality care while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved nursing program for Registered Nurses
• Registered Nurse currently licensed in Ohio and in good standing.
• Experienced as a health care leader for at least five years, specifically in housing, skilled nursing, home care, clinical and/or acute care setting.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory healthcare requirements of a skilled nursing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Certification as a Geriatric Nurse desired
