Job summary

Siena Francis House, Omaha, seeks a Clinical Director to lead the Miracles Program, an 80-bed residential SUD treatment unit. You will supervise the Program Director and clinical staff, ensuring person-centered, evidence-based care aligned with Twelve Step principles and CARF standards.

Responsibilities include strategic clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with leadership and partners to grow services and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required or strongly preferred.
• LADC credential or eligibility is preferred for licensure alignment.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience in SUD treatment.
• At least three years in leadership or supervision of clinical staff.
• Residential SUD treatment experience is preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership for the Program Director and all clinical staff.
• Serve as senior clinical authority for the Miracles Program and oversee care standards.
• Ensure treatment aligns with state/federal regulations, Medicaid, and CARF standards.
• Promote Twelve Step integration with evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
• Oversee assessment, treatment planning, documentation, discharge, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to advance mission and strategic goals.
