A leading behavioral health services provider is looking for a Clinical Director to oversee clinical services in Sanger, California. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Social Services, two years of direct clinical experience, and leadership experience in a mental health setting. This full-time role offers a salary range of $94,000 - $139,415 and includes a generous sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits including dental insurance and a 401(k).

Qualificações

• Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Must have experience working with mental health and substance use consumers.
• One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting.
• Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (LCSW, LMFT, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Implement and oversee clinical services and standards of care.
• Communicate with community partners and local systems of care.
• Oversee documentation by clinical staff and perform audits.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and evaluations.
