Qualifications

• Minimum two years post-licensure experience to supervise at the highest level.
• At least five years of leadership experience in behavioral health settings.
• Demonstrated experience with Medi-Cal/CalAIM/Medicaid billing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and consultation for divisional programs offering behavioral health services.
• Support Divisional Social Services Directors in program activities and service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate divisional trainings on behavioral health best practices.

Skills

Expertise in evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT)

Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead trainings and facilitate staff development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education

Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or related field

Active LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist credential
