Attain Behavioral Health Beachwood seeks a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation to join as Clinical Director LPCC-S/LISW-S. You will oversee outpatient treatment programs in Ohio and supervise clinical staff, ensuring high-quality addiction recovery and mental health services.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, Ohio LPCC-S, PRSS certification, and willingness to relocate to Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, or equivalent social services field
• Hold licensure as the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation (LPCC-S) from the state of Ohio
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in social services field
• Peer Recovery Supporter Supervisor (PRSS) certification
• Ability to relocate to Cleveland, OH before starting work

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of treatment for all clients participating in outpatient services
• Supervise and direct all treatment staff in daily implementation of outpatient programs
• Supervise and sign off on all non-licensed clinical staff
• Ensure all staff remain within their scope of practice
• Act as a facility representative/liaison with other agencies
• Run and direct all clinical team meetings
• Assist and make recommendations to Owners regarding program design, development, and implementation of treatment and transitional programs
• Review supervisee's job performance and make recommendations to the Owners yearly
• Participate in all outpatient and sober living program meetings
• Participate in Quality Assurance Committee and perform monthly chart audits

Attain Behavioral Health Beachwood is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation to join our team as a Clinical Director LPCC-S/LISW-S. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch Addiction Recovery and Mental Health services to clients in Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, overseeing all treatment programs and supervising a team of staff providing treatment.
