As the Clinical Director for our DPH/BSAS-funded Low Threshold Housing Program (LTH), you will establish and oversee a residential housing model founded on the principles of housing first, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed care. Working closely with divisional leadership, you will guide staff and program operations toward individual stabilization by connecting participants to mental health, primary care, and substance use resources.
