Twin Lakes Counseling in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead Licensed Clinicians and Clinical Supervisors, guiding growth and ensuring high-quality clinical care for both remote and on-site teams. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration, program development, and maintaining ethical, evidence-based practices.

The candidate will supervise clinicians and supervisors, drive credentialing with major insurances, and partner with HR, Admin, and Billing.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in mental health counseling.
• Active WA license (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW/psychologist).
• Six years in mental health with crisis, trauma, or pediatric experience.
• Experience in private practice, agency, or group setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage up to 12 licensed clinicians and 5 supervisors.
• Meet monthly with clinicians for clinical, employment, and supervisory support.
• Sign off on notes, audit files, and respond to crises within 24 hours.
• Develop trainings and onboarding materials for clinicians and staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing with billing/HR.
• Plan quarterly staff events and weekly staff meetings.
