Job summary

KP Counseling Center (KPCC) seeks a Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across West Virginia. You will lead licensed clinicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and guide policy implementation to improve client outcomes.

You will mentor staff, supervise interns, coordinate intake and treatment planning, and stay current with treatment advances while collaborating with administration and external partners to advance the center's mission.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active WV clinical license (LPC/LMFT/LICSW/PsyD) and ALPS supervision credential.
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical roles, with 3+ years in supervision/leadership.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision to licensed counselors, social workers, and mental health professionals.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to ACA/NASW standards.
• Monitor clinical performance and quality assurance to maintain high standards of care.
• Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff and supervise interns.
• Coordinate intake, assessment, and treatment planning for individualized care.
• Facilitate supervision, case consultations, and trainings for best practices.
