Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field required.
• Two-year supervisory experience preferred (must be clinical supervision).
• Experience with Diagnostic Assessments and regulatory compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight of all services at a set location.
• Organize admissions and discharges; write progress notes and discharges.
• Provide and develop clinical services that promote consumer choice and independence.
• Supervise staff; conduct weekly staff meetings and supervision.
• Manage program budget and contract within county timelines.
• Ensure CARF accreditation compliance and quality outcomes.

Education

Master’s degree in social work or related field

LICSW/LP/LPCC/LMFT licensure
