Job summary

Pinnacle Senior Living invites an ambitious Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Director in Training (CDIT). This program partners with experienced Clinical Directors and operational leaders to build the next generation of clinical leaders in assisted living.

You will rotate across Madison Pointe Assisted Living, McFarland Villa, and Stoughton Meadows, gaining hands-on experience in resident care oversight, regulatory readiness, documentation, staff development, and family communication, with

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to travel between Madison Pointe Assisted Living, McFarland Villa Assisted Living, and Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living as part of the training program.

About the Role

The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will partner closely with experienced Clinical Directors and operational leaders to learn all aspects of clinical leadership within assisted living. This position is designed to build the next generation of clinical leaders by providing real‑world experience in:

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
• Ability to travel between Madison Pointe Assisted Living, McFarland Villa Assisted Living, and Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living as part of the training program
• Commitment to developing into a Clinical Director leadership role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living, senior living, long‑term care, home health, hospice, or healthcare settings
• Prior leadership, charge nurse, supervisory, or management experience
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Passion for mentoring others and building high‑performing teams
