Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a BCBA Clinic Director for Youth Clinic in Jefferson City, MO. This full-time role offers hybrid work with periodic travel and a salary of $80,000 per year, plus bonus potential up to 20%.

Responsibilities include leading the youth ABA program, supervising staff, and coordinating with IDTs. Requirements include BCBA certification, 3–5 years of BCBA experience, and a doctoral or master's degree in psychology or related field.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Three to five years of BCBA experience.
• Ability to record data neatly, accurately, and objectively; consistent with Oakwood requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to apply common sense to detailed but uninvolved instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with a few concrete variables in standard situations.
• Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and attention to detail.

• Delivers direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills, social skills, crisis de-escalation, and more.
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues and monitors challenging behavior.
• Assist State Director with review/update of department materials.
• Follow policies regarding client payor plans rules and regulations.
• Fulfill BCBA supervision hours across locations.
• Provide direct supervision to clinic staff and schedulers.
• Complete new assessments and assign caseload coverage.
• Complete PIPs/CAPs with treatment team.
• Track KPIs to identify proficiencies/deficiencies in the line.
• Report staffing needs to State Director to ensure hiring required.

Overview

Location: 1600 Southwest Blvd Ste A, Jefferson City, MO

We are seeking a Youth Behavioral Clinic Director that will be helping us build the Youth ABA line of business for our new clinic location in Jefferson City, MO. This person will be providing services for children as they work on building the program.

This person must be a BCBA and have the ability to work in a hybrid position paying $80,000 a year with bonus potential up to 20%. Applicant must be willing to travel to clinic location periodically and isn't required to live in Jefferson City. Position is full time with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology.
• Serves as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise re: behavioral issues.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts descriptive and systematic (e.g., analogue) behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues & monitors challenging behavior.
• Assist State Director with review and update of department materials such as manuals and policies.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures as related to client payor plans rules and regulations.
• Fulfill coverage for BCBA supervision hours across locations due to vacancy or PTO.
• Provide direct supervision to clinic assistant and schedulers across coverage locations.
• Complete new assessments for incoming youth and assign to caseload coverage.
• Complete all PIPs/CAPs in collaboration with treatment team.
• Ensure all key performance indicators are tracked on a regular basis to identify proficiencies/deficiencies within the line (i.e., productivity, assessment due dates, RBT/BCBA certification dates, payor rules, etc.)
• Report all staffing needs to State Director to ensure appropriate hiring needs are met.
