Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects to support immediate and long-range objectives
• Oversee patient referrals and plan services for total home health care
• Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations in nursing supervision
• Improve agency profitability and motivate/retain qualified staff
• Act as liaison with management and other departments
• Supervise nursing services per state requirements
