You will lead multidisciplinary teams and provide crisis direction when needed. The position emphasizes adherence to CARF, DDAP, DCF, and AHCA standards, with a focus on staff development, program coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field is required.
• Professional license is preferred. CCS/CAC Diplomats are encouraged and may be pursued within 2 years.
• Minimum of 5 years direct clinical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical staff in accordance with licensing and accrediting bodies (CARF, DDAP, DCF, AHCA).
• Supervises individuals and groups; conducts performance evaluations and provides regular feedback.
• Manages schedules, time sheets, and coverage to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Carries a partial caseload; conducts individual, group and family sessions with timely documentation.
• Delivers counseling to patients and families, applying appropriate theories considering culture, gender, age.
