Qualifications

• PhD in clinical laboratory science, medical technology or in chemical or biological sciences.
• Completion of training (board eligible/board certified preferred).
• Experience 0–3+ years in the field; leadership potential desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, scientific and technical direction to the laboratory.
• Review, release and correlate clinical data to diagnose using specimens.
• Develop and implement new diagnostic tests and validate assays.
• Educate medical and laboratory staff as required.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers and Sales for medical support.
• Oversee Laboratory Directors, Supervisors and staff in expertise area.
